Professional Legal Services

Need more time in your day?  Are you getting bogged down with everyday tasks?  Call us we can help!

As defined by NALS and adopted by the ABA: A legal assistant/paralegal is a person, qualified by education, training or work experience who is employed or retained by a lawyer, law office, corporation, governmental agency or other entity and who performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a lawyer is responsible.

A Virtual Assistant (“VA”) is defined as an independent contractor who provides services within their area of expertise from their own office.  With today’s technology VA’s have become a viable option and help reduce the costs of running a successful office.

With Professional Legal Services you can have both, a qualified, virtual legal assistant!

At Professional Legal Services we’re committed to providing you with only the best support services.  Located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, we offer outsourced services to clients nationwide.  Our services include secretarial tasks, transcription, typing, scoping, notary and paralegal services to attorneys and other professionals.

Please read more about our company and the services we offer and feel free to contact us at 404-200-5875 for more information.

Consulting Services

Gail Bailey has become a recognized speaker on the area of legal administration and technology and how to integrate the two.  Several years ago she was approached by a client to put systems in place that would ultimately allow virtual access (i.e. mobility) as well as increase productivity and reduce cost (while recovering any costs that are incurred).  This task was accomplished by setting up a case management system, cost recovery equipment, telephone system and integrating them all with software.

Whether you are starting a new firm and or just need to update your technology, feel free to give us a call.
